    Recent advances in digital technology have given new impetus to IS in providing timely solutions to business and community. This makes the work process in the organization more integrated, open, and accessible. In addition, human relationships are also closer with various methods of engagement in the digital society. The presence of rich and instantly available information, enabled by mobile technology, IoT and social media, facilitates sharing and collaboration within organizations and communities, thus giving birth to a new IS landscape that promises inclusive solutions. Therefore, there is a need for research to find new theories, strategies, methods, and approaches that can realize opportunities and overcome the challenges of development, adoption, use and impact on ISBS covering community life, business execution, learning, even in charity and worship.

AI and BA consistently rank as top priorities for technology investments. Recently, the interest of researchers and practitioners has been piqued by the utilization of large-scale and diverse data to streamline and guide business operations.     Technological innovation is the economic function through which new technologies are introduced into production and consumption. It is important because technological advances have played a key role in facilitating radically improved standards of living. Innovative activities also entail high risks of technological failure and the misperception of market demands. To cope with these problems, policies such as the patent system and institutions such as high-technology venture capital markets have evolved. Meanwhile, operations management is an area of management concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in meeting customer requirements. It is concerned with managing an entire production or service system which is the process that converts inputs (in the forms of raw materials, labor, consumers, and energy) into outputs (in the form of goods and/or services for consumers). Therefore, focusing on developing the latest knowledge in the field of technological innovation and operations management, this track invites research papers on various dynamic areas such as business and technology innovation, venture capital, inventory management, lean and six sigma, supply chain and logistics management, total quality management, and risk management.

In today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape, it is crucial to examine the ethical dimensions of inclusive innovation to ensure that it does not perpetuate existing inequalities or inadvertently exclude marginalized communities. The purpose of this track is to provide an opportunity for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to explore the intersection between ethics and inclusive innovation, discuss emerging issues, share best practices, and propose frameworks to ensure that innovation serves the needs of all people and communities. It invites submissions that delve into broad range of topics such as ethical framework in innovation, role of ethics in addressing inequalities ethical challenges and responsible data collections. This track provides a platform for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to explore and discuss the ethical aspects of inclusive innovation, exchange insights, and propose strategies for fostering a more equitable and responsible approach to innovation.

The advent of innovative FinTech solutions has brought about enhanced customer experiences, streamlined financial processes, facilitated financial inclusion, and improved efficiency across various sectors. While the significance of these advancements has garnered substantial attention from researchers in recent years, there remain unexplored areas that warrant further investigation. Moreover, as financial regulatory bodies strive to safeguard the integrity of financial markets and establish coherent frameworks for FinTech, they must strike a balance between implementing rigorous regulatory measures and fostering an environment conducive to financial technology innovation. Hence, this track serves as a dedicated platform for researchers to delve into the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities within the realm of financial technology and innovation, including digital banking, online lending, cryptocurrency, RegTech, InsurTech, and wealth management innovations.

Submission Instruction

ICRIIS-META implements online paper submission: All papers will be reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical quality, and relevance to the conference. Concurrent submission to this conference and other conferences or journals is not allowed. Please use the following guidelines for submitting your full paper:

● All papers must be submitted in PDF format only.● Article pages must be between 8-12 pages including figures, tables, references and appendices. Do not exceed 12 pages.● All Author name(s) and contact detail should not be included for first submission. This is for blind review process.● Template of the full paper format in MS Word is provided in link below.● All papers should be submitted through the Easychair :

Accepted articles will be published in the International Journal of Academic Research in Business and Social Sciences (IJ-ARBSS) - indexed in ERA

Selection Process

All paper submissions will be checked for originality. Due to our policy, papers with high similarity score may not be accepted by the conference. All submitted papers are subjected to a peer review process by 2-3 reviewers. Decision of a paper acceptance is based on the average score and the comments given by the reviewers. The accepted papers must be revised according to the reviewers’ comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.
NOTE:Please note that we use a double-blind review process, so authors’ names and affiliations should not be written in the paper. This is necessary to ensure fairness in the review process.

Non-Presented Paper Policy

All accepted papers must be presented in the conference. The committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
